There are definitely real people behind Krafty Boutique Co (KBC). Led by the founder and creative designer extraordinaire Tina Kraft. She's the one who, from a young age and encouraged by her grandma (aka Mims) developed her artistic and creative ability. Now she wants to bring her talents more to the public eye with Krafty Boutique. She'll work with you personally to make sure your personalized gift is just what you expect.
The support staff at KBC works extremely hard behind the scenes to ensure customer service is second to none. If you ever have a question or concern, our client reps will work with you to meet your expectations. We live by our motto - if it's not right, then we'll make it right.
